FLAX - Flax is incredibly durable and flexible. It also diverts static electricity. This is why, for example, you will find flax matting between the spring systems in your Hastens bed.
HORSEHAIR – Horsehair is nature’s own form of air conditioning. Every strand is like a little tube channeling away moisture and letting fresh air in.
NORDIC PINE – Your Hastens frame gives the bed remarkable strength and stability. The frames are made of solid pine from the forests of northern Sweden, growing at a natural pace for maximum strength.
WOOL – Pure wool acts as nature’s own climate control unit. Since ancient times, people have been aware of wool’s incredible ability to warm when it’s cold and cool when it’s warm.
Our knowledge and experience have led to us receiving a number of awards and acolades, such as the Swan eco-label. Ocko-Tex 100 and Mobelfakta. And the icing on the cake is that we have been appointed Purveyors to the Royal Court, Sweden.
